Shipping and Delivery Policy for JPA Nutrition Farm Microgreens

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2-3 business days from dispatch, available for Bengaluru and nearby locations.
Express Delivery: Optional same-day or next-day delivery service available in select areas for an additional fee.

Standard delivery charges will be a flat fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
Express delivery charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Areas
Currently, shipping is available within Bengaluru metropolitan area. Plans for expansion to neighboring cities will be announced.
Order Tracking
Customers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once the order ships, enabling real-time tracking.
Failed Delivery and Unavailability
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, customer will be contacted to reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur charges.
Damages or Delays
In case of delays beyond the promised delivery window or damaged products during transit, customers should contact JPA Nutrition Farm support immediately for resolution.
